Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Shipping Area:
We offer shipping services within India only.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
We use reliable courier services such as Trackon, DTDC, ON DOT, and BlueDart. Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually taking between 2–10 business days post-dispatch.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹100 is applicable.

Important for COD Orders:
An advance fee of ₹50 is mandatory for all COD orders.

  1. This amount is non-refundable in case of order RTO (Return to Origin) or successful delivery.
  2. Only the product amount will be eligible for refund, not the ₹50 advance.

Shipping Delays:
In case of delays from our end, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. If the delay is beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment is lost or damaged, video proof is required. If the claim is valid, a full refund will be processed.

Package Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email once the order is dispatched. You can track your package on the courier partner's website.

Shipping Restrictions:
There are no restrictions on shipping any product within India.

Returns and Exchanges:
If the error is from our side and valid proof is provided, a full refund will be issued. If the error is on the customer’s side, we are not liable for a refund or replacement.

Customer Responsibility:
A video recording of the unboxing is mandatory as proof of delivery and must be provided in case of any return or claim.
