Return Window
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.


Product Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for unused products.

Items must be in original condition with all tags intact and no signs of use.


Return Method

We do not offer doorstep pickup for returns.

Customers must self-ship the product to our provided return address.

Return shipping details will be shared upon approval of your request.


Replacement Process

If you need a size replacement, you can:

Return the original product and wait for the replacement after we receive it.

Place a new order and we will refund the original item once received.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

We do not charge any extra fees for returns or refunds.


Video Proof (Recommended)

We strongly recommend recording a video while opening and packing your order.

This helps in quickly resolving any disputes or damage claims.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please share an unboxing video.

Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.


Return Conditions

All items are eligible for return if they meet the product condition criteria above.

Items showing wear, use, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Important Note for COD Orders

All COD orders require a ₹50 advance payment.

This ₹50 advance is non-refundable in case the order is returned (RTO) or successfully delivered.

Only the product amount will be refunded.
